3. Explain similarities and differences among the dictators. Hitler and Mussolini were part of the Axis Powers. And Stalin was part of the allies. Hitler and Mussolini were fascists. Stalin was a communists.

4. What was the U.S. thinking as several wars were breaking out? It was all mixed up there was no way out of this misery.
