"japanese internment & justice"

1. What does the word "internment" mean? Internment means to incarcerate someone during war. Kinda like being in jail.

2. Why were Japanese- Americans interned in Manzanar? Because the japanese bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7th and the japanese american community had to be put in camp. They lost their jobs their homes businesses and some family members.Their whole lives were changed.

3. Why were Japanese internment policies wrong? Because they were responsible for everything that had happened to the japanese american people. And they had bcame enemies with the U.S.
